About Q-BiS
Having been on the receiving end of the cost saving measures
required by most companies during the economic downturn post 9/11.
Allan took the opportunity this new free time offered and went back
to school. Upon graduation Allan acquired certifications for Windows
2000, MCP, MCSA and MCSE. He then started a technology
business focusing on Small Businesses and Residential customers. One
Residential customer, Kevin Symmons, offered to Partner with Allan.
Together the two founded Quality Business Information Solutions LLC
on April 27, 2004 and continued until December 31 2008. At
that time Kevin desired to follow a literary and teaching career and
the LLC was dissolved. In February of 2009 Allan re-established
Q-BiS as a DBA Sole-Proprietor.
