Telephone Support

Telephone support is
provided on a per incident basis.
The rate is $35.00 per incident.
This is for single problem help.
This rate does not apply to being guided through a "file
and settings transfer" or other procedure which can take a few hours
to complete and would be better and more efficiently handled with an
on-site service call.
Please create a
service request for phone support in which you will be called
back at a time you specify. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause but we are unable to provide a full
time dedicated telephone
support resource at this time.
If a resolution cannot be provided at the time of your
call further research may be required to resolve the problem.
You will receive a callback or email when a possible resolution has
been found.
Please remember that a quicker and more
precise resolution to your problem could be accomplished through an
actual on-site visit or an in-shop repair. Resources would be
readily available to resolve the problem.
